This policy explains how Tessryx ("Tessryx," "we," "us") handles information collected through tessryx.com.

If you sign up for early access, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Optionally, the free-text response to "What are you building?" if you choose to provide it.

We collect nothing else. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this site.

We use your email address solely to:

• Notify you when Tessryx is available to try.
• Send occasional updates about the project (architecture notes, progress, and launch news).

The optional "What are you building?" response helps us understand who's interested and shape the product. It is never required.

Your information is stored in our own infrastructure (an Amazon Web Services database) and is not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party. We use AWS solely as our hosting provider; their handling of data on our behalf is governed by their own terms and security practices.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep your information until you ask us to remove it, or until the early-access program ends and the information is no longer needed.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@tessryx.com. You can unsubscribe from updates at any point.

We may update this policy as Tessryx develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
