Subprocessors

Effective date pending publicationVersion 1.0

Tessryx LLC uses the third parties listed below to help deliver the Services. Where we process personal data on a customer's behalf, these are our subprocessors within the meaning of our Data Processing Addendum.

We keep this list short deliberately. Every entry here is a company that can, in principle, touch customer data.

#Current subprocessors

ProviderWhat they do for usWhere they processEntity
Amazon Web Services, Inc.Compute, storage, databases, and outbound email delivery (Amazon SES)United StatesAWS Inc., 410 Terry Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109, USA
Cloudflare, Inc.Content delivery, edge caching, DNS, TLS termination, and network securityGlobal edge networkCloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA
Stripe, Inc.Payment processing and billingUnited StatesStripe Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA

Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment card data. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

#What is not on this list

Services you configure yourself are not our subprocessors. If your workflows send data to an external API, or call a language model using an API key you supply, that is your relationship with that provider, governed by your agreement with them. We are not a party to it, and it is your responsibility to assess and disclose it.

This matters most for model providers. When a workflow of yours calls a language model with your own credentials, the provider is your subprocessor, not ours.

The same is true of AI assistants you connect to your workspace. If you connect an assistant or agent through our MCP interface or our API, whatever it reads is disclosed to whoever operates it. That company is your subprocessor. You choose it, you scope its access, and you are responsible for that disclosure.

#Changes

We will post any new or replacement subprocessor here at least 30 days before it begins processing customer personal data.

To be notified of changes, email privacy@tessryx.com and ask to be added to the subprocessor notification list.

Customers with an active subscription may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable grounds related to data protection within 30 days of our posting it, by writing to privacy@tessryx.com. If we can't resolve the objection, you may terminate the affected part of the Services and receive a pro-rated refund of prepaid unused fees.
