Version history and rollback
Saving a page, a workflow, a schema, an integration, a schedule or an app creates a new numbered version and keeps the earlier ones. Visitors get whichever version you published.
If a change goes wrong, open the history and publish the version from before it. The ten newest versions of each piece are kept, plus whichever one is published. Your AI can roll back from the chat too, and before it changes a piece it can check what else uses it.

How it works
- 01
Publishing is its own step
A new version doesn't reach visitors until it's published, and the live site keeps running the version it had.
- 02
Pieces follow live or draft
When one piece uses another, it names a channel, either the published version or the latest draft. A new version can be built and tested beside the live one this way.
Under the hood
The technical details
- immutable
- A version never changes once saved; a new one is v(latest+1) with a checksum.
- retention
- The newest 10 versions plus the published one are kept. Older ones expire about a day after they fall out of that window.
- records
- Content records are not versioned: one saved copy and one published copy.

Drafts and publishing
Your changes are drafts until you publish them. You can try a draft with real data first and then publish the version you checked.
Publishing refuses broken references
If a page or workflow points at something that doesn't exist or was never published, publishing it is refused, with the reason. Drafts can still be saved in any order.
See what depends on what before you change it
Before deleting or changing something, your AI can map what uses it and check whether the whole app still holds together, without touching anything.
Take something offline without deleting it
Take a page, a schedule, an app or a record offline and keep everything, ready to bring back later.
